I had my first opportunity to really utilize another MBA service and how wonderful to have that resource. I desperately needed to have carpet removed in a clients house on an emergency basis and in less than 24 hours Brent of Thomas Kay Flooring went to our jobsite and pulled the carpet personally.. and at 7:00 am. I was excited to have a resource when others in my office were trying to figure out whom to call. Brent's office staff was helpful and Brent's response was over the top.
